dqcache-run software package provides DNS/DNSCurve recursive server - running under daemontools, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dqcache-run
dqcache-run is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dqcache-run package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dqcache-run *
You will get with dqcache-run package name, version, architecture and description in a table
